Trust and privacy

Privacy for attention and follow-through systems

Synve builds products around sensitive user intent. That requires explicit controls, minimal retention, and calm, reviewable execution rather than opaque automation.

Use of Vortyx is also governed by the Terms of Service.

Data minimization

Synve is designed to collect only the data needed to support inbox attention, capture, review, scheduling, and account-level communication. The intended approach is to avoid retaining unrelated user content or broad background context that is not required for those product flows.

User control

Inbox, voice, and text workflows are sensitive by default. Synve's product direction is to provide clear controls for deletion, retention, and what context is used to support review and action features.

Retention and deletion posture

Where workflow data is stored to support the product, the intended posture is explicit retention with user-requested deletion as a first-class requirement. Requests and questions about deletion or handling can be sent to contact@synve.ai.

Execution with reviewability

Automation should not hide important decisions from the user. Synve's approach is to make suggested actions, extracted tasks, and scheduling options reviewable before they become durable workflow state or scheduled work.

Operational scope

This page summarizes the current privacy posture for Synve and Vortyx at a product level. If you need detailed requirements for procurement, partnerships, or regulated workflows, contact the team directly with the exact constraints you need addressed.
