It looks for unresolved work in both active conversations and sent-email follow-up patterns, then shows a suggested item with source context for review. You decide whether to track it, dismiss it, snooze it, or act on it; Vortyx does not treat every email as a task.

Vortyx helps separate emails where another person is expected to reply, approve, send a file, provide payment, confirm a decision, or unblock the next step. A waiting-for-reply item keeps together what is expected, who or what it depends on, the source conversation, and why it may need attention. If expected progress does not arrive or the thread goes quiet, Vortyx can resurface the reviewed item so you can follow up, check later, or mark it handled.

Yes. Vortyx can turn natural voice or text capture into reviewable actions, commitments, reminders, and recurring responsibilities. You can speak loosely instead of formatting the note like a task list; Vortyx structures the possible next steps and shows them for review. You can edit, dismiss, or approve each item before it becomes saved work.
Does Vortyx send emails automatically?
No. Vortyx can suggest drafts, replies, or follow-up actions where enabled, but external actions require user review and approval. Drafts are reviewable and editable before sending, and you can refine or regenerate a draft before deciding what to do. This keeps Vortyx useful for action while avoiding silent or irreversible email automation.
