Clear, specific reports help us investigate account, integration, scheduling, and app issues faster.

Contact support if you cannot access your Vortyx account, need help with workspace membership, or believe your account settings are incorrect.

If you want to delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion instructions instead of sending a general support request.

Vortyx supports connected inbox and calendar flows for user-enabled features. Contact support if an integration fails to connect, stops syncing, produces unexpected review items, or needs to be disconnected.

For Google-related data handling, review the Vortyx privacy policy and Google API data use disclosure.

Send a support request if follow-up detection, suggested tasks, reminders, calendar availability, or scheduling behavior does not match what you expected.

Include the affected workspace, connected account, and a concise description of what you expected Vortyx to do.

For plan access, subscription, invoice, or payment questions, email support with the account email and any relevant transaction or invoice details.

Do not include full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other secrets in support messages.

Use the privacy and deletion pages for information about Vortyx data handling, connected-service data, retention, and account deletion.

Privacy and data requests can also be sent to support if you cannot access the app.

If you believe your Vortyx account, workspace, or connected service has been misused, contact support promptly with the subject line Security or abuse report.

Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, recovery codes, access tokens, or private credentials.
